Miracles in Sight Share the Vision Fund makes corneal transplants possible for people in need

Nonprofit eye bank Miracles in Sight provides ophthalmologists with high-quality, safe, donated tissue for corneal transplants, and works to make life-changing corneal transplants available to everyone who needs it. Every year, more than 47,000 people in the US receive corneal transplants. Over 95% of those surgeries result in patients regaining their eyesight. When patients are unable to pay the cost of this critical surgery, Miracles in Sight steps in and provides donor tissue for surgery at no expense to patients through our Share the Vision Fund.

Your gift to the Share the Vision Fund directly supports corneal transplantation surgery for people in need

Eye diseases like macular degeneration, Fuch’s dystrophy, and other disorders affect people from all walks of life. Many lack access to care or health insurance that makes corneal transplantation surgery possible. Your generous gift can ensure patients have access to transplant tissue for surgery, regardless of financial means.

Give the Gift of Sight Today

Miracles in Sight is a trusted partner in treatment, innovation, and research

Miracles in Sight collaborates with surgeons, physicians, university medical centers, and other eye banks to provide resources and training in parts of the world, including here in the U.S., where economic, educational and cultural factors have limited opportunities for people in need to receive sight-restoring procedures and care.

Innovations from Miracles in Sight’s labs, like MIS RapidPrep™ System for DMEK are shared with other eye banks, and training, support, and consultation are provided at no cost. That’s part of our commitment to be a trusted partner and advocate for sight preservation and restoration.
