Kimberly Monroe, CTBS

Director of Donor Development

Kimberly began her career in donation and transplantation in 2001 and brings extensive experience in tissue, eye, and birth tissue donation. She joined Miracles in Sight in 2025 as the Director of Donor Development, overseeing the Donor Center and Professional Development teams. Her expertise spans donor screening and authorization, hospital development, donor family aftercare, and community relations.  

A Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS), Kimberly has served as Chair of the Donor Family Services Council and as a member of the Board of Governors for the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). She is dedicated to advancing donation awareness and strengthening relationships with referral partners to honor the gift of donation and improve donor outcomes.  

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Rollins College.
