Providing patients with the best tissue, in quality and selection, for transplant by leading ophthalmologists, is accomplished by MIS through a state-of-the-art process. As a leader in the field, we established many Best Practices used in eye banks everywhere, and never forget that eye donors entrust us with a precious gift. Each step of the recovery process is conducted with precision, care and compassion. Adhering to our mission of restoring sight, we collaborate with doctors and researchers to develop innovative solutions, and support others in our field with advanced training, research grants and funding for equipment. Through active philanthropy, we support eye banks in India, a mission in South America, and help new eye banks create technical programs. Passionate and dedicated, we provide tissue on time and as described. You can count on us…always accessible, always caring, always ready to help our donor families and ophthalmologists around the world perform Miracles In Sight.

Learn More About Us

  • David had just graduated from high school. He was 18 years old and very loving. He was a true trickster, always playing jokes on people (especially me). We love him and we miss him, but we are glad that he could give someone else the ability to see.

    Kim D.

  • I know she would be very pleased and proud to know that her eyes are now helping someone else to see the beauty in the world as she did. That was the kind of person she was. She will be missed by all who knew her, most of all by me.

    Van B.

  • When I was diagnosed with a progressive eye disease my only hope was corneal transplant surgery. I couldn’t believe that someone I didn’t even know would care enough to give their loved one’s corneas to me. Because of the gift of sight, I was able to touch the lives of others as an EMS technician.
